- 25% deposit by VISA or Mastercard is required to confirm a reservation; remaining due 30 days prior to check-in date;
- full amount necessary for reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date;
- a $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations;
- 25% of the rental amount is forfeited if cancelled within 30 days of check-in unless we are able to re-book;
- as per provincial legislation, no smoking is permitted inside the property;
- we regret that we cannot accommodate pets;
- we request that shoes not be worn inside the property;
- group or company packages can be arranged to include dinner reservations, a catered meal, bike rentals, wine tour or attractions. Theatre tickets can also be purchased on your behalf providing they are available for your requested date;
- check-in time is 4pm or later (earlier time may be arranged whenever possible);
- check-out time is 11am sharp.
